Role summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator / IT Sourcer to join our CEME Recruitment Team. This role maybe primarily home based with occasional travel to our office (Poznan) on average once per week, or more frequently office based if you would prefer.

This role will responsible for recruitment coordination activity including scheduling, updating the Recruitment system and relevant trackers, documentation verification and other administration duties. You will work closely with Recruiters to ensure that all interview requests are action in a timely manner, and that we're delivering a great service to candidates and hiring teams.

Depending from your previous experience and willingness to develop, we would like to involve you also in candidates sourcing and screening process. Working closely with our Recruiters you will assist with building a pipeline of active and passive candidates. You will help develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate pipelines to meet the overall recruiting goals, from direct sourcing, building talent pools and pipelines, digital marketing and through to qualifying candidates.

What you'll be doing
  • Working closely and build relationships with CEME Recruiters and Hiring Team to fully understand the role requirements and support interview scheduling and other coordination tasks
  • Support interviewers and candidates to answer their questions and ensure they have a positive recruitment experience
  • Ensuring candidate, interviewers and hiring manager's queries, escalations and concerns are managed professionally
  • Complete documentation collection/verification for candidates. Ensure that GDPR (data privacy rights) are adhered to
  • Using varied sourcing techniques to source potential amazing candidates to join our business, including ad response, market mapping, LinkedIn sourcing and social media campaigns
  • Identify relevant market trends to map top relevant talent
  • Use social media and niche platforms to attract potential candidates using innovative and creative techniques
  • Support with continuous improvement of processes, service standards and customer relationships


What we're looking for

Essential skills and experience:
  • Prior experience in a similar role e.g. Recruitment or HR Administrator/Coordinator, IT Talent Sourcer or similar
  • Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • A good understanding of the recruitment life cycle
  • A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
  • Attention to detail and comfortable working to agreed KPIs, SLAs
  • Identify relevant market trends to map top relevant talent
  • Microsoft office skills and ideally experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Polish and English)


Desirable skills and experience:
  • Prior experience using Application Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, Recruitment Marketing Systems
  • Proficient in Boolean search/X-ray search techniques
  • Recruitment life cycle
  • Previous knowledge of Channels/routes to market (CVDBs, Social Media platforms, Recruitment Marketing Campaigns).
  • Recruitment activity reporting (daily/ weekly)
  • Utilise multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative sourcing strategies
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
