Your new role
  • Deliver and support HR-related content in the form of employee tools, training and support.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee questions. Escalate issue/questions to HR Manager as when needed.
  • Proactively manage benefit providers, brokers. Support benefit programmes development and pricing analysis, ensuring schemes/services meet the organisation and employees’ needs.
  • Support the HR team to identify, implement, maintain, and communicate benefit schemes/services.
  • Prepare and maintain compliant personnel files for audit reviews and record keeping.
  • Support the administration of HRIS (BambooHR) and all employee life cycle matters relating to HR, ensuring these are timely and accurate and in adherence to company procedures.
  • Manage and track employee probations with line managers.
  • Maintain and update employee training and background checks along with the HR officer.
  • Coordinate employee appreciation events and programs such as new employee orientation, health and wellness incentives, and departmental trainings.
  • Ensure that all new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date.
  • Responsible for managing the payment procedure of member benefits and agency invoice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 3 years or more as a HR officer or coordinator experience. You will be CIPD Level 3 or above. Have the ability to communicate effectively and build excellent working relationships with stakeholders to ensure they are proactively engaged with HR procedures and processes. If you have experience of fast-paced environments & start-up experience than this would be advantageous. You will also have experience managing large-scale global employee benefit or pension administration programs, associated vendor management, and program development and delivery.
