What you will be doing
You will be responsible for providing 3rd line support for the timely resolution of incidents and problems. You will be accountable for implementing the company’s strategy, architecture, standards and roadmaps . The role involves ownership and leadership of day-to-day execution of LAN services including; firewall, VPNs and Cisco wireless technologies.

What you’ll need to have
- Previous experience in a 3rd line supporting role.
- Previous experience of technical leadership.
- Cisco certified to CCNP or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols such as OSPF/BGP.
- Experience in Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching.
- Palo Alto firewall and Azure cloud experience.
