Your new company
Innovative and exciting technology organisation specialising in cyber security and data intelligence development, part of a wider group technology organisation are seeking to appoint strong HR generalist to support HR operations for this team and to develop and implement the strategic people agenda.
Your new role
As an experience and confident HR Generalist you will support the Manchester location of approx. 120 employees, reporting into the Head of HR. You'll provide a mix of strategic and operational HR advisory and Business Partnering activities to the organisation to support growth.
In this varied and challenging newly created role you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide a proactive HR service identifying and solving problems with added value solutions. You will play a key part in driving HR & Change strategy for improved integration and performance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop & Implement People Strategy
- Provide high quality, customer focused HR Advice and support
- Drive a high performance culture
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Effectively collaborate to develop strong business awareness for shaping & developing strategy
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team
- HR Data Analysis and reporting
- Support and drive of change projects such as TUPE, outsourcing
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience with a similar HR role partnering senior managers
Change Management Experience (TUPE, consultations, redundancy etc.)
Strong Generalist HR capabilities
Excellent ER and employment law knowledge
Ideally CIPD qualified
Excellent influencing skills
Resilience & Confidence to Challenge
Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
Effective ability to operate autonomously
