Your new role
Providing administration support to advisers and working closely with paraplanners ensuring a high level of client service. Key responsibilities including processing business in line the advisers' recommendations, maintaining client records to high standards and supporting the advisers in the development of valuable and long term relationships with clients by being a key point of contact for general queries.


What you'll need to succeed
Essential to have experience of working in an administration role supporting financial advisers together with a good understanding of the processes for administering investments and pensions, good knowledge of compliance requirements, experience of using back office systems (ideally Intelligent Office), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail.
