Your new company
Our Public Sector client are seeking a Network Engineer on an initial 3 month basis. Your will be part if a talented team of engineers, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the companies network and telephony systems and related software. Designing and building new network systems and support the project delivery into BAU support. You will be supporting the service desk team as the first point of escalation, support the successful closure of incidents and service requests,
What you'll need to succeed
ITIL v4 Foundation
An understanding of ICT infrastructure, Telephony systems and Networks
Manage workload priorities to ensure achievement in SLA
