Hays are recruiting for a Fulltime Permanent Administrator. This role is based in Manchester, Lymm and is immediate starting.
Your new role
You will be responsible for responding to recruitment enquiries and monitor, maintain and continually update the recruitment system. You will engage with managers to ensure availability to support the recruitment calendar and maintain the interview schedule and coordinate calendar activity. You will contact prospective candidates promptly and respond to any queries and schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will liaise with candidates prior to selection stage and support the team in creating and reviewing employee files, including references, DBS, health checks etc, to ensure timely compliance for induction. You will review Right to Work documentation, and vetting checks, as required and provide cover for the Office Administration team â€" answering and fielding calls, ordering items, producing booklets etc
