Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join a company at the start of a significant construction project in the Aylesbury area. Working in a fast-paced active-site situation, every day will be different. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to work in a construction environment, located in a somewhat remote area. A full UK driving licence is required in order to be able to access the site area.
Your new role
The Site Administrator will work in conjunction with the Site Manager and other members of the site management team, to maintain accurate administrative information, such as records, reports, data entry, and other general admin, as required.
The role briefly encompasses the following duties: -
- Submitting of timesheets both internally and within the client systems.
- Maintaining, recording, and reporting of employee records
- Ensure any employee information is sent to HR
- Ordering of plant equipment by email
- Note taking in meetings
- Working with the site management team and SHEQ officer to support the collation of safety statistics
- Preparation & completion of all documentation relevant to company procedures
- Printing of documents
- Photocopying, electronic filing, and responding to emails
What you'll need to succeed
in order to be successful in applying you will possess the following skills/experience/ attributes:-
- Proficient and experienced in administrative skills required to deliver the above.
- Fully conversant with all requirements of IT within administration (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
- Knowledge and Experience in a similar Role.
- Ability to learn new IT systems as required (e.g.GANE time)
- Flexible approach to work and good time keeping
- A strong team player
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Good communication skills
- A good fit with the Hargreaves Industrial Services culture
- Ability to work under pressure from time to time.
- Good problem solver
