Aviva have an opening for a diligent Vulnerability Manager, whose pivotal purpose is to ensure Aviva is protected from malicious cyber-attack!

The Vulnerability Management process extends across multiple functions. To prevent gaps in control ownership. Automation and simplification of Vulnerability MI in support of control ownership and ongoing governance falls within the scope of this role.

Some of the day-to-day tasks involve:
  • To transform and re-shape supplier oversight and vulnerability management to drive simplification, cost efficiency and automation
  • Act as an advisor, holding platform leadership to account for the actions in support of delivering vulnerability management targets.
  • Own all Operation and Services Vulnerability Management related controls
  • Accountable for patching of SOE, Cloud, Hosting and Network services, working closely with responsible technical towers to achieve outcomes

Skills and experience we wish to see:
  • Experience in IT project management
  • Solid understanding of hosting infrastructure and networking change
  • Confident building effective working relationships with relevant teams
  • Confident in influencing IT senior leadership to remediate threats at pace

What will you get for this role?
  • Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
