Do you have experience of delivering large scale organisational change? Are you a respected member of change profession in transformation, portfolio, project management or PMO? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Change Framework Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with both peers and senior stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver an effective and simple change standard, framework and tool which enables improved change delivery. As well as updating Frameworks including driving continuous Improvement to enable a simpler more effective delivery of change across a network of owners. You will also be supporting the improvement of the PM and PMO capability across Aviva.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Financial Services Knowledge and ability to understand customer, commercial and people measures and metrics
  • Experience of delivering large scale organisational change and a respected member of change profession in transformation, portfolio, project management or PMO considering customer, market and internal factors
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills
  • Good awareness of risk, control & governance requirements and ideally have worked in a highly regulated environment
  • Comfortable in a complex / ambiguous environment, working at pace and at times to tight deadline Ability to build strong relationships with both peers and senior stakeholders

What will you get for this role?
  • Salary between £45,000 - £50,000, London salary between £55,000 - £60,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
