Purpose of the Role
To deliver an effective and simple change standard, framework and tool which enables improved change delivery.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience of working change (preference Financials Services FTS100) across varying types of change (IT, Customer, Regulatory, Digital and Organisational Design) in a PMO, Portfolio or Programme Management capacity
- Is potentially a "professional" in change, holding appropriate qualifications (APM, P30, Prince) and able to demonstrate a sufficient level of professional and post-qualification experience / competence including applying knowledge and external thinking
- Critical analyst driving insight from a range of types of quantitative and qualitative information sources to drive forwards improvements in delivery including reviewing business cases with key financial, risk and customer metrics
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills
What will you get for this role?
- Salary between £30,000 - £35,000, London salary between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
