Summary of the role
The role of the Brand Manager is to support the development and management of the KPMG brand ensuring brand integrity across our Marketing Communications. Working collaboratively with campaign teams you will advise on embedding the brand story into campaign planning and delivery driving a clear, consistent and distinctive presentation of our brand to the marketplace.
The individual will have a good knowledge of Marketing and the Professional Services industry. The role requires an ability to drive change throughout a diverse organisation. The role involves interaction and feedback to our Global Brand, Marketing & Communications teams to apply developments and new initiatives from KPMG International. The role holder will also seek to influence on the future direction of the brand framework.

Working with the Senior Manager, the individual will use their knowledge to support in all aspects of brand building from strategy to measurement
- Role holder will assist with the integration of the brand strategy across both internal and external brand activation
- Support key on-going brand refresh workstreams including client experience and governance
- Research and socialise market and brand insight including competitor analysis, brand trends and innovation
- Tracking, monitoring and providing insights and optimisations on our brand health and performance
- Working with key teams across the business to drive continuous improvement in the way we present our brand in the marketplace in-house design team, Strategic Communications and Offshore Operations
- Manage the policies governing naming and sub-brands
- Assist in the planning and delivery of brand training to Sales & Marketing teams, KGS and creative partners
- Review marketing assets against global brand identity guidelines and professional standards and in line with Service level Agreements
- Daily liaison with Brand Experience offshore team dealing with queries and operational performance
