Your new company
This company is one of the largest, most respected, bodies of education in Scotland and are looking to hire a JAMF Administrator to join their team. This job is based in Glasgow City Centre. You will initially be a part of an exciting new modern desktop transition which is a big technical transformation for the organisation.

Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to join a great Public Sector company where you play an important part in the success of large-scale changes that have effect company wide.

Your responsibility is to deal with an unmanaged Mac estate and implement management and users. You will be dealing with the packaging and deploying of applications on all their Apple/IOS devices. As well as this you will oversee the end user management, ensuring issues are resolved and the day-to day operations run smoothly.

There will be opportunities to gain at least one more grade and chances to progress into management roles. This role would be suited for candidates who would enjoy being a key part of huge company changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3rd Line experience with JAMF or Microsoft Equivalent (SCCM, InTune and Desktop Management)
• Have experience in large scale desktop management
• A track record of customer satisfaction
• Excellent at planning, organising, and managing your own time
• An initiative driven approach to resolving issues
