Hays Technology are recruiting for an experienced Head of Threat Intelligence to join a global tech organisation who are going through a restructure and great period of growth. You'll be responsible for a team of Threat Intelligence Specialists in understanding the global cyber threat landscape, the threat actors that operate there and emerging threats and trends.

What you'll be doing:
  • Accountable for the effective collection, analysis, and production of finished Threat Intelligence.
  • Responsible for the successful integration and use of the chosen Threat Intelligence Platform.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accountabilities of the Threat Intelligence Specialists and Threat Intelligence Analysts are effective and deliver what is required.
  • Remain current on threats, exposures and mitigations that could impact the wider organisation
  • Defining and enhancing the threat intelligence capabilities by developing strategies, identify and enhance processes where automation has the potential to improve efficiency.
  • Leading a team of threat intelligence specialists and analysts across aligned activities and successfully achieves the team's objective and key results.

What we're looking for:
  • Demonstrable experience in Information and Cyber Security.
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in collection, analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence.
  • Experience of using Threat Intelligence Platform or relatable technology.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, internet protocols and information security
  • Experience of using MITRE ATT&CK Framework, Kill Chain, and Diamond Intrusion model
  • Advanced knowledge of global threats to international cyber security and conversant in the tactics, techniques and procedures used by cyber adversaries
  • Experienced in supporting security breaches, security incident management and delivering briefings to senior management.
  • Understand corporate strategies and their relevance across all levels of service delivery.
