PMO Officer (Infrastructure Projects)
Immediate Requirement
London - Hybrid
£450 - £500 day rate (Umbrella)
6-month contract
The PMO Officer is to ensure that all projects assigned are delivered to the highest governance standards in support of the delivery of infrastructure projects. As the PMO you will ensure that the portfolio and project manager feel supported as well as delivery of the program.
Key Responsibilities
As an ideal candidate, will have excellent communication skills essential. Communicating both verbally and written, with the ability to explain and provide reasoning in a professional manner with all team members
Industry certification is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance
- RAID Log maintenance (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Dependencies)
- Creation of high-quality meeting materials for project working group and board meetings
- Action follow up (including working with 3rd parties)
- Periodic Risk and Issue review workshops
- Facilitating troubleshooting calls, brainstorming workshops etc.
- Meeting Governance and Scheduling, including producing high quality minutes.
- Input to Scorecard and Reporting
- Project Financial administration
- Assisting in Project Audits from key control/2nd line of defence/ 3rd line of defence stakeholders
- Creating high quality documentation (as needed)
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project: scope, schedule and milestones, budget/costs, resourcing, and deliverables
- Must be proactive and flexible in taking on assigned work, problem solving and identifying new ways to contribute.
- Proficiency with related project tools including but not limited to MS Office, MS Project, Enterprise Project Management tools, SharePoint
- Have professional presentation skills, including excellent writing and public speaking capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
