As Junior Cyber Engineer you will:

• Manage, mitigate, and defend against cyber attack
• Manage virtual and network infrastructure
• Carry out threat and vulnerability assessments
• Install and manage device software
• Collate incident data and formulate a key trend report for monthly reviews
• Carry out patches and updates
• Manage and remove unnecessary applications to bolster the environment
• Work in alignment of security policies and practices

We are looking for an Engineer with a combination of the following:

• Current working experience in an Infrastructure Role
• Proficient with core technologies: Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare
• Understanding of security principles and risk management
• A passion and desire to move into the security field
• Desired: experience in security related role
• Understanding of threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response
• Exposure or understanding of ISO standards
