What you will be doing
You will take on a senior networking position in which you will play a part in providing technical support and managed services to their customers through the use of Data Services technologies. You'll be responsible for dealing with customer requests in line with Service definitions and SLA's. You will be responsible for the management and documentation of information relating to customer incidents, service requests, change and problem, and the effective communication of progress of such events to all stakeholders in line with internal process.

What you'll need to have
- Previous experience working within a systems integrator support environment as a highly skilled technical engineer.
- Designing and installing switches and routers.
- Strong experience with WAN/LAN.
- CCNP Qualified.
