In this exciting new opportunity, you will be working for an innovative automotive company based in Norfolk, who are currently going through a period of significant growth.

Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be providing mid to high level Network Support to the business and will ensure that the manufacturing operations of the business are supported with IT services outside of the core business hours. You will manage the IT service incidents, IT change requests and diagnose faults to resolve issues. You will provide technical input for the systems maintenance and outage, as well as working on the network and security equipment and systems within the business. You will also have the opportunity to provide technical input into what new requirements and technologies are needed within the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in administering IT systems, providing 2nd/3rd line support
  • An IT Network qualification (Cisco CCNA etc)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of network core and edge device configuration, including Wi-Fi APs and controllers (Cisco)
  • Knowledge of security products such as Next Gen Firewalls and AV
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools (PRTG)


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £30,000 - £44,000 per annum, and a generous benefits package. As well as the opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturing business in the East of England
