What you'll be doing

We're looking for a hands on Data Engineer, with a deep understanding of PL/SQL and ETL to join our delivery teams working on some of the most critical and rewarding technology programmes around.

You'll be able to work in a variety of projects - both large and small - working collaboratively with people both in your teams and the wider practice, to deliver well designed, testable and efficient code.

What you'll bring

• Proficient with SQL/PLSQL
• Experience Debugging data issues
• 
  Experience with performance tuning and indexing
  
• 
  Data migration experience
  
• Demonstrable experience of successfully designing and implementing data migration and post production reviews from Oracle or another relational database
• Experience working in a collaborative environment where your ideas and opinions are valued and respected.
• An open mind in your approach, wanting to find the right tools and solutions for the problem in hand.
• Familiar with a variety of methodologies and tools including Scrum/Agile/XP/Kanban
