The Role

• Builds and develops positive constructive relationships inside and outside KPMG
• Assessing problems from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions
• Proactively driving forward new and creative ideas which benefit the client

The role is for a Test ERP Process SME on ERP engagements reporting to the Test Manager, defining test scope/scenarios, leading a team of and off-shore test analysts, you will be able to develop a deep understanding of the clients' end to end solution and support and lead your analysts in defining and delivering the required testing for a specific process area of the engagement.

• Builds and develops positive constructive relationships inside and outside KPMG
• Proactively driving forward new and creative ideas which benefit the client
• Support the design and development test scenarios/scripts for functional testing of ERP applications
• Manage the execution of tests and report results, capturing run & key metrics over time
• Work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to record and analyse requirements for ERP applications
• Manage the process of raising and resolving test defects in a structured manner and provide solutions
• Lead and manage test teams on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of ERP projects

The role will work on projects across the KPMG verticals, the Test Practice is part of Financial Services and so at times you will be expected to work on non-ERP related Financial Services projects.

The Person

• Takes time to learn about other people and their experiences and how to apply this learning
• Shares experiences with others to assistant their learning and understanding
• Demonstrates curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas approaches and perspectives
• Actively engages with others in order to address their views/concerns

• You are an experienced test lead/senior analyst of medium to large testing projects for ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, Workday, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• You have 3+ years of experience in ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP/Workday/MS Dynamics/etc.), proficient some of below:
Either
Finance for Oracle/Workday/SAP/MS Dynamics
Or
HR for Oracle/Workday/SAP/MS Dynamics
• Candidates will be required to demonstrate a deep process knowledge in these areas
• Excellent knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle including understanding the various types of testing
• You are confident in developing advanced test plans from technical designs and specifications
• You have experience working on testing programmes, working closely with technology and business functions throughout the delivery lifecycle to enable a seamless transition to implementation within tight timeframes
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management and stakeholders, and to build and maintain strong team and client relationships
• You have excellent skills in acquiring and analysing test data
• Assessing problems from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions
• Utilise test management tools such as HP Quality Centre, Zephyr Enterprise and JIRA to optimise testing on your projects
