I am pleased to be working with a global and rapidly growing organisation who are looking for a back-end Test Engineer. Your new contract will last 6 months, paying £400-450 per day inside IR35.

Carrying out the work mostly remotely with occasional visits to my client's Southampton head quarters, you will be working on a special project delivering application integrations to a new finance system. You will collaborate with an experienced software development team, a Microsoft gold partner System Integrator, OS application development teams and end users to deliver analysis and system testing to ensure your project's success.

You will require the following experience:

• Excellent skills and experience in back-end system testing
• Fluent in designing test cases based on system specification, data models and business requirements
• Previous experience with manually testing application integrations to an ERP or similar enterprise system
• Works well in a team, always looking to contribute to and engage with team Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Good all-round knowledge of test automation frameworks for back-end system regression testing.
• Defect Management with external teams, 3rd party suppliers and system integrators
• Positive approach to knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement

• Azure DevOps (Test plans / Boards / Repo's / Pipelines)
• Azure Development stack, using Azure Integration Services: APIM, functions, logic apps, service bus & Integration Accounts
• Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & supply chain management (D365 FSCM)
• Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
• Existing OS Web applications
