Your new role
This role supports the Cyber Security team in maintaining a unified view of resources, working closely with the relevant BISOs and leadership teams to monitor and report against agreed SLAs. Additionally, the role is expected to influence and support business operations and planning activities for Cyber Security.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for business planning, resourcing, and forecasting activities on behalf of cyber security
  • All business operations and planning activities, including global communication events and townhalls
  • Ensures coordination and progress of initiatives owned by Cyber Security Leadership team
  • Proactively supports Cyber Security in driving process improvements and efficiency
  • Supports operations initiatives across Cyber Security in order to build a high-performing, world class cyber security services
  • Supporting the Cyber Security Leadership team, Business and Service Governance and Finance Business Partner in performing periodic forecasting of Cyber Security budgets
  • Documents and maintains a schedule of external vendors used by Cyber Security
  • Works with vendor relationship owners to ensure adequate metrics and KPIs are measured and tracked in line with expectations
  • Performs service reviews in partnerships with relationship owners for all strategic vendors used by Cyber Security
  • Closely works with Human Resources to facilitate planning and resourcing needs as and when required
  • Oversee Clarity timsheeting and resource charges across Cyber Security


What you'll need to succeed

Technical / job functional knowledge

  • Degree or master’s qualification in Cyber, Information Security or IT management (desirable)
  • Data protection & Privacy
  • Management and Operational Reporting
  • MS SharePoint and Teams
  • PowerPoint Presentations and Visualisation
  • MS Excel
  • Clarity experience advantageous


Business and sector expertise

  • Financial Services
  • Technology & Cyber Security
  • Business Process modelling experience advantageous


Leadership and management experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Management or Operations


Personal skills and capabilities

  • High level of expertise in a specific business or technical disciplines
  • Recognized as a strong functional expert within the sub-Business Unit or function
  • Broad knowledge of the organization, products and processes
