Your new company

One of the world's leading communications services companies. The solutions they sell are integral to modern life. Their purpose is as simple as it is ambitious: connect for good. There are no limits to what people can do when they connect. And as technology changes our world, connections are becoming even more important to everyday life. Today, that's truer than ever. The connections this company make are helping solve the world's biggest challenges such as the global pandemic, climate change and cyber security. Through the power of technology, they are supporting customers to live, work and play together better.

Your new role

We sit within Dynamic Infrastructure and provide (mostly) security related tooling across the company. This ranges from a Cyber Security data warehouse, to compliance and vulnerability scanning and reporting, to strategic physical security enterprise systems. And much, much more. A lot of our current tooling is being transformed - so we have tons of work to do.

You'll have the following responsibilities

ServiceNow is being rolled out across the company in many areas with the aim to bring standardised processes, keep our data in one place and remove a large part of our legacy system estate. We're now getting ready to launch the implementation of Security Operations (SecOps) - which will manage reporting for compliance and vulnerability management, security incident management and external security offers and propositions. You would be working with the Operational Change Manager to build stakeholder relationships, implement process change and issue comms to ensure a seamless transition.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to be passionate about building stakeholder relationships, and be clear and concise in comms ranging from calls, to presentations, to newsletters.
You'll need to be able to look at and assess current processes and how they will change, and generate collateral which can be issued to the business.
You'll be on point to offer guidance and support to Business Analysts who will drive adoption with their respective units.
You'll also be expected to engage with the design and delivery team to discuss feedback from customers.

What you'll get in return

  • Flexible working options available.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • 10% on target bonus
  • Pension scheme
  • Shares Plan
  • Flexible benefits: cycle to work, childcare vouchers, healthcare, etc.
  • Discounted products
