Your new role

• To design and develop test scripts and cases in order to provide comprehensive product and maintenance release test coverage.
• Responsible for leading the identification and implementation of improvements in automated testing approaches and procedures.
• Write and carry out tests on Nexor and Nexor-supported third party products and solutions to ensure they meet pre-specified quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and develop regression test suites.
• Coordinate and report on the activities of project testing

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years proven experience in Test Automation.
• Knowledge of Test Automation tools and practices.
• Experienced in developing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts.
• Comfortable in leading and driving improvements in this area.
• Experience in differing types of automated and manual testing (e.g. functional, FAT, SAT, performance, fuzz and component testing) with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• SALARY: Salaries are reviewed individually on an annual basis. Pay increases are awarded based on performance or increase in skillset or responsibility.
• HOLIDAY: In addition to the eight statutory bank holidays, the annual entitlement is 25 days.
• FLEXIBLE HOLIDAYS: Nexor’s Flexible Holiday Scheme provides the option to purchase or sell up to 5 days annual leave each year.
• HOURS OF WORK: With prior agreement from your Line Manager, contractual daily hours may be worked between the hours of 8am and 6.30am, with core hours between 9.30am and 4pm and lunch hour taken between 12.00noon and 2.00pm.
• OVERTIME: Overtime is not paid, although time off in lieu for substantial overtime will normally be granted.
• PENSION SCHEME: Employees who are eligible and choose to participate, will receive a contribution from the Company of 6% of gross salary into Nexor’s Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme immediately upon employment. In line with the contribution levels set by the Pension Regulator, in addition to this, your personal contribution will be at a level of 3%.
• PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE (PMI): is arranged for all employees and provides a VIP level of cover. Employees are eligible to join after successfully completing their probationary period and may add immediate family members to the scheme at their own cost.
