Hays Technology are looking for an experience IT GRC Lead to join a global law firm as they continue to grow the GRC function within the organisation. They offer Hybrid working policy based out of either Birmingham, Leeds or Cardiff.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security and Risk you will have responsibility for partnering with IT & Business Leadership to manage client audits and ensure continuous improvement of standards. You will be responsible for partnering with key clients to identify and support their compliance requirements as well as across the wider organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in leading Risk Management
• Expert understanding of Cyber Risk and business impact
• Proven ability to implement key Information Security and Compliance programmes
• Excellent Governance, Risk and Compliance skill set
• Effective utilisation, and management, of external suppliers
• Effective team leadership and coaching skills
• Able to react quickly, decisively and professionally
