These are the priority areas where we think we can grow fastest - seeing double digit year on year growth and we can have maximum impact in the market. So this is where we need to target our Sales & Marketing activities.

This will support the delivery of marketing & sales campaign activities across our Future of Tax priority area.

Responsibilities
Champion the KPMG brand and purpose across our priority marketing teams and our business to make sure that we stand out from the crowd
Lead key elements of the agenda for the Tax priority marketing team to create an environment to develop and deliver extraordinary work - to ensure we are at the forefront of industry debates and events that matter
Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy across the Tax Reimagined priority area to drive brand awareness and engagement; contribute to every stage of the sale, create opportunities for relationship development and ensure we engage internally with messaging on all our activities
Be able to set, demonstrate and measure value creation and ROI [set against agreed objectives and targets] directly contributing to the firm's business growth agenda
Ensure there is connection and alignment of services and messages and sales opportunities across Coverage and Capability areas
Additionally, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams across Coverage & Capability areas
Deliver a data led approach to champion digital and use of CRM with the Priority Marketing team and across the business
Actively work with other teams across Sales & Marketing to deliver a connected one team culture
Develop a very close working relationships with Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications
Ensure there is total synchrony with our offshore Marketing to deliver one integrated Sales & Marketing team
Ensure you have up to date knowledge of marketing systems and processes, and effectively manage spend across our internal and external agency partners where appropriate
Champion best practice in the delivery of cross channel marcomms, proactively innovating across content, creative and media

Knowledge, skills and experience
A marketing professional with ideally some sales experience who wants to make a difference
Brings a commercial mindset and has ability to spot the opportunity in the delivery of campaigns and projects
Previously worked on high performing end to end brand, lead generation and sales campaigns - from click to client
Wants to be part of a collaborative, high performing team virtually, across the country and offshore
Future focused - proactive and always one step ahead of the curve - and the ability to challenge, be challenged on key ideas and concepts, to foresee the potential impact and value creation of marketing activities
Keen to support the development of value propositions for services and market defining marketing campaigns and effectively managing associated budgets
Constantly reviewing better ways of doing things and leveraging tech and digital platforms to deliver high performing campaigns and activities
Two to four years marketing experience - with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks - competitors, professional networks and trade bodies.
Proactive, high energy person who brings a positive influence on others
Demonstrate that you're on the path to building a credible and influential profile to challenge and manage stakeholders
Analytical ability to review data, content, market trends, insights
Exceptional spoken and written communication skills - with the ability to flex personal style to engage every audience
Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage
Great project management skills, with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from a diverse set of stakeholders
Equally has an eye for the fine detail
Experience contributing to management and negotiation with sophisticated third party organisations
Brings a real sense of fun and energy to the role
