This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation who specialise in property management. You will be part of a growing tech team that are in need of a Graduate Security System Analyst at their London office based in Canary Wharf.

Your new role

  • To provide IT support to our Security user base on generic IT software and bespoke Security products.
  • To liaise with users to ensure calls are resolved with optimum solutions and supporting documentation.
  • Play a key role in the IT onboarding of new users to the Security IT eco system.
  • To review market-leading products and methodologies and present them to Security Management.
  • Perform administration tasks relating to new users, requests for hardware/software, running routine reports from various systems etc.
  • To produce and maintain departmental processes and procedures.
  • To deliver training to new Security starters.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time by the Security Technology Manager or Mentor.
  • To provide estate-wide support to users of Security systems and Security hardware installed within external tenant demises.
  • To work with the Security Technology team to engineer hardware and software solutions to meet operational requirements as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Suited to a recent graduate with an interest in developing a career in IT.
  • Driven to develop as an IT Professional through continued learning and real-world exposure to Security Technology and IT.
  • Experience in installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on delivering a strong customer service ethos.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects/tasks through their lifecycle to completion.
  • Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while working to deadlines.

  • Logical, patient and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Prepared to work flexibly to cover the different shifts performed between the hours of 07:30-18:00 and out-of-hours call-out requirements.
