You will be working with a global infrastructure provider who are recruiting for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Your new role
You will be joining a global team of c950 with c75 in the UK. The business is rapidly expanding and the UK team have grown from just 8 people in 2020 to 75 as of now with further growth plans in place. You will be working closely with the Director of People & Change, and the People Consultant. There is a great culture in the business as the team are collaborative, have a strong customer focus and are extremely hard-working. You will be working on an exciting new project rollout, hiring for Solution Architects, Technical Presales, Cyber Security and more. You will be in charge of the initial interview process. Your hours and working days will be flexible.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in resourcing for roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Presales, Cyber Security and more. You will have previous experience conducting candidate interviews. Ideally, you will have previous experience using Workday although this is not essential. You will be hard-working, able to effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks.

What you'll get in return
- £400 per day, inside IR35.
