Your new role
You will join a Network Team to support them in a migration project - migrating users from one cluster to another. You will need to monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability, support and maintain of voice recording solutions and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Your new company
You will support an organisation with offices located in Knowsley, offering hybrid working (both office-based and working from home). They operate in the public sector and support 3,500 users.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer/Network Consultant
• Strong experience in Cisco migrations
• Skills in Cisco Call Manager, Mitel VoIP systems, Voice recording solutions, SIP solution, e-fax and other various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 3-months contract inside IR35 (via umbrella company) starting immediately, with hybrid working.
