Your new role
The key responsibilities of the Administration Officer will be:
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Updating computer records
- Adapting to changes in the office on a daily basis
- Using Excel as well as other office systems
- Organising your time and workload as well as helpings others with theirs
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Administration Officer will have:
- Compassion
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Microsoft Excel Experience
