Hays Technology are looking for a QA Analyst to join our private sector client in Harrogate to join their Delivery Team in a key role; ensuring client requirements are successfully delivered on time.

What you will be doing:

• You will carry out automated and manual testing on projects and engagements
• You will take ownership of inputs into the required testing for projects
• You will be responsible updating stakeholders on the progress of testing and associated risks or issues.
• You will assist with defining the test outline for projects including identification of the environments, toolsets and kit needed

Our client is a well-known managed service provider who deliver network, cloud and collaboration solutions to private and public sector organisation

What we are looking for:

• Extensive knowledge and ability in the use of Quality Management Tools
• Familiarity with Behaviour Driven-Development and Test-Driven Development Tools.
• Skills such as test case provision (including edge, boundary and negative test cases), defect management and write up, test execution and test toolsets and techniques
• Knowledge of QA Management Principles, methods, techniques and tools
• Understanding of REST and testing APIs

What you will get in return:
Our client is offering a competitive salary of between £35K-£45K per annum and a mostly remote working environment with an office presence needed once or twice a month. Their package includes 24 days holiday (+ 8 Bank Holidays) and the option to buy and sell additional holiday, a 4%/5% pension contribution, early finish on a Friday and a host of additional perks and benefits.
