Aviva Digital is rapidly growing, and we have an outstanding opportunity for a Digital Product Owner join our digital product team.

As part of the Customer & Marketing function, we're on a mission in Digital to build a smart, simple experience across app and web that saves our customers time and gives them confidence. We're after someone who is hungry for the challenge of shaping, building, and maintaining the dashboard experience within MyAviva web and app, our customer portal, but with the potential to expand to other features in the future. A bit about the job:
This role supports our MyAviva dashboard, across web and mobile app, to deliver on our One Aviva customer vision. Working with key stakeholders across the Aviva group, you'll collaborate to define the product vision and roadmap, as well as managing how work is delivered effectively into the MyAviva platform. You'll also work with our wider digital teams to make sure new features are well researched, tested with customers, and pass all the necessary legal and compliance approvals before we release them. Customer satisfaction is at our core, so staying close to our performance and taking the right action to manage and increase it is key to our purpose. You'll join our MyAviva digital product team, contributing to the wider growth of our platform and supporting strategic decisions and opportunities.

Our digital product team is mainly based in Norwich, with key stakeholders spread around the UK. We can be flexible on base location for the right person.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Proven experience and a successful track record in digital product ownership, management, and mobile apps
  
• A strong delivery portfolio underpinned by Agile techniques (certification preferred e.g., ICAgile, PSPO)
  
• Developing cross function relationships, removing complexity and motivating a team
  
• Helping customers and stakeholders understand our product vision now and, in the future and utilising insight to make decisions, centred on our customers, performance and results
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Salary up to £62,200 for National and £70,000 for London then depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
