Your new role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to be responsible for the delivery of software products for our unique crypto-exchange platform. As a Business Analyst you should be experienced and comfortable in defining user stories and requirements using the Agile methodology.

What you'll need to succeed:

● At least 3 years of experience in defining and documenting user stories and requirements for Agile
● Extensive experience in managing the business stakeholders and running stakeholder management sessions. ● Experience in facilitating technical teams to self-organize into sprint teams
● Previous experience working on software deliveries to the FINTECH industries and a solid understanding of the expectations of customers in these fields
● Able to understand the needs of the business for predictable timelines when working with the senior management of the business.
● Strong experience in an environment that uses continuous build, delivery and test.
● Able to facilitate the Sprint/SCRUM rituals including daily-stand-ups, demos, retrospectives
● Able to set up and manage JIRA boards and tickets and use the burn-up/burn-down metrics
● Excellent communication skills and ability to present status and findings in a compelling way Degree in Computer Science or similar
