Your new company
Working for a very successful firm in Paignton, we are looking for an Office Manager on a full time permanent basis.
The role would be Monday - Friday.
During Feb - Dec your working hours will be 37 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm.
Your new role
- Dealing with Starters, Leavers, Holiday management, Contracts, Hand Books, Memo's, Sickness including return to work interviews etc)
- Health and safety (Policies, Risk Assessments and Training) with third party specialist assistance
- Manage staff benefits (Pensions, Private Medical Insurance, Death In Service, Income Protection, Subscriptions, Commissions & Mobile Phones)
- Flexi time system and staff time sheet administration
- Management of the staff internal 'Critical Dates' to ensure staff are completing their designated tasks on a monthly basis
- Staff Continued Professional Development (CPD) - management of booking and monitoring attendance of courses
- Management of the Anti Money Laundering Systems and Processes (updates, training and auditing staff processes)
- Office management (utilities, telephones, insurance, repairs and maintenance, fire and intruder alarms, fire equipment, fire risk assessments, tenants, car parking, cleaning, staff refreshments etc)
- Various Insurance renewals
- Assisting Directors with miscellaneous tasks
- Project work - currently the following but constantly evolving as we grow and develop:-
- Mail Merge Software
- Work Flow Software
- Digital Document Management Software
- Client Online Portal
- GDPR Tasks
- Cyber Security Tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Office Management experience
- Project Management
- Staff & HR Management
- Microsoft office literate
- Computer literate
- Experience of CRM Systems would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
What you'll get in return
28 working days per annum, increasing by 1 day per complete holiday year of service up to a maximum of 33 days holiday per annum. Plus Christmas the office shut from Christmas Eve to the January after Bank Holidays.
2 x Duvet Fridays each year.
