SUPPORT ENGINEER
Great opportunity with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), working in either a 1st or 2nd line capacity. This company is searching for someone to join their managed service team to help provide their clients with excellent technical advice and solutions using their well-practiced ticket system. This role will see you working with a large range of local, wide-area and Cloud networks. They are searching for a dedicated and self-driven individual with a leader mindset and an innovative approach to the role.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of professional experience in either an internal or MSP environment. You will have prior experience supporting and administering the latest Microsoft technologies, including MS Office 365, alongside having the ability to build, configure, administer and support all versions of the windows operating system. You will have a strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS, with an active interest in networking elements such as VLAN's, Firewall's and WiFi.
For this role, it is desired, but not essential, that you have an associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field. The employer would also like to talk with you if you have experience of using or working with the following vendors;
