Remote (UK based)

£90K – £110K

A leading UK healthcare software company is looking for a Director of Security. Reporting in the CFO, you will be leading the cyber security, information security and compliance functions.
Providing oversight to all cyber security, this is an ideal opportunity for anyone in a senior management position looking for a new challenge or a next step up, within an organisation with a strong cause.

The role of a Director of Security

• You will be maintaining strategy to ensure cyber risks are managed effectively
• Developing policies and processes, and maintaining operational security controls
• Ensure regular assessments of cyber and infosec threats, vulnerabilities and risks
• Maintaining the capability of incident management

Requirements of a Director of Security

• A track record of cyber security leadership with continued development and innovation
• Experience implementing security in a cloud based organisation
• Ability to manage, lead and develop a team
• Willingness to take a hands on approach when necessary
• Familiarity of standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NSCS guidance, NHS security policies, etc)
• Background in Security Architecture
