QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.

You will be reporting to the Security & Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting, implementation and review of policies, procedures, processes, systems and controls
- Assist in advising the business on compliance related queries as well as design and provide training as appropriate
- Liaise with employees, line managers and other departments in order to obtain necessary information to meet requirements of compliance requests
- Maintain compliance tracking tools with accurate up to date information
- Performing risk assessments both internal and external
- Assist with supplier onboarding
- Assist with internal audit as applicable
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance SOC 2 Type II & ISO/IEC 27001 as required
- Ensure the use of standardised forms and templates business wide
- Working with stakeholders to resolve any non-conformities
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training
What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Maintains a professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control
Desired skills & experience:
- Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Good report writing skills
Entry requirements:
- An A-Level in ICT
- OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT
- OR a Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
- OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
