An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Assistant based at our Knutsford; Cheshire office due to the rapid growth of Custodia where you will play an active part in the success of the company.

You will be reporting to the Security & Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the drafting, implementation and review of policies, procedures, processes, systems and controls
  • Assist in advising the business on compliance related queries as well as design and provide training as appropriate
  • Liaise with employees, line managers and other departments in order to obtain necessary information to meet requirements of compliance requests
  • Maintain compliance tracking tools with accurate up to date information
  • Performing risk assessments both internal and external
  • Assist with supplier onboarding
  • Assist with internal audit as applicable
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance SOC 2 Type II & ISO/IEC 27001 as required
  • Ensure the use of standardised forms and templates business wide
  • Working with stakeholders to resolve any non-conformities
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training

  • Maintains a professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control

Desired skills & experience:
  • Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Good report writing skills

Entry requirements:
  • An A-Level in ICT
  • OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT
  • OR a Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
