Collins Aerospace, part of Raytheon Technologies, is on the lookout for an experienced Production Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Production Manager will be responsible for Legacy manufacturing cells supported by Production Supervisors and Production Controllers. If you are interested in managing the daily operations of production cells, coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to achieve necessary production outcomes, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation.
  • To ensure all employees are adhering to the Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery, hours and efficiency commitments
  • Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
  • Monitor cell performance, maximizing performance from your team and equipment.
  • Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates
  • Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions
  • Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator at all levels.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Leads and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.
Requirements / Key Skills:
  • Degree qualified or related experience;
  • Significant experience in Production / Manufacturing environments with past experience in similar roles

This position may involve access to export controlled information and hardware where an export license would be required for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
