Role Purpose:

As the Aftermarket SIOP & Materials Manager you will supervise a team of intermediate professionals, planning goals and objectives for the team in SIOP & Materials and will set the teams priorities.

As the Aftermarket SIOP & Materials Manager you will:

In this role you will:
  • Apply AFM expertise and business knowledge to establish a robust AFM project plan, leading governance to accelerate the implementation of LEK recommendations.
  • Establish standard criteria and relevant KPIs (Delivery & Quality) for control & improvements of AFM SIOP performances & ensure activities are aligned to the overall Actuation objectives (High Priority from LEK)
  • Lead deployment of DHL tool / Skill Matrix across AFM organisation, support functional skills gaps assessment & plan to close gaps.
  • Responsible for coordinate with the sites & fulfil requirements coming from AFM Central Collins/Advance systems as well as Actuation Leadership (e.g. SIOP AFM Quarterly Maturity Assessment & Gap closing , AFM inclusion into L2 SIOP review.. )
  • Ensure standard policies & CMS procedures in SIOP & Materials Management are followed, ensure continuous improvement for AFM by maintaining synergies & integration with OE.
  • Accountable for Managing a team of specialist, set objectives and coordinate their activities to achieve results.
  • Driving continuous improvement opportunities and demand accuracy across Actuation sites
  • Drive development of new tools & process with ASA Analytics team
You will bring to this role:
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical)
  • APICS CPIM/SCM certification (GLP)
  • A strong background within aftermarket
  • SAP/APO & dashboard analysis
  • Running/Setting up SIOP dashboard
  • Understanding of Finance, Programs Continuous improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations functions & ERP system
  • Self organising, manage time to meet deadlines & accomplish tasks
  • Ability to monitor progress and make changes as necessary
