Hays Education are working with a number of Halton and Chester based Primary school looking for full time administrators from September 2022.

Your new role.

Working alongside the business manager and one other administrator you will support with front of house/ reception duties in a busy school office. You will support with general administration, signing in visitors, responding to phone and email queries and using SIMS to input attendance, run reports and maintain student data
.

What you'll need to succeed.

  • Experience of working with SIMS or a similar school system would be an advantage although training can be provided.
  • You will have at least 2 years experience working in a busy office environment and dealing accurately with large volumes of confidential data.
  • You will be well organised and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of working within a school and of school processes.
