Job description
The MarTech Assistant Manager is accountable for supporting the development and management of our marketing technology platforms in the UK. The individual will sit as part of the MarTech team and will collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to execute our MarTech strategy against the firm's strategic priorities.
 
Reporting to:  MarTech Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for executing the UK marketing technology strategy and roadmap and supporting our overall digital transformation strategy
  • Manage projects from end-to-end and ensure they map against the overall marketing technology strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver digital assessments, including "as is"/"to be" design sessions and documentation to enable solution strategy, development, and implementation
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand marketing and business needs and recommend solutions to be considered in the strategic roadmap
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to assist in platform integration across our tech stack
  • Ensure adherance to data compliance, security, and GDPR best practices for data governance, storage, processing, etc.
  • Support the development of training plans/content and communications to encourage user adoption and support organisation-wide change management
  • Write, track, and manage prioritisation of requirements/bugs/issues/etc. in our project tracking tool
  • Monitor day to day performance of marketing technology platforms/tools and troubleshoot any issues
  • Conduct end to end testing and follow best practice for technology launches/releases
  • Monitor and drive process improvements to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Work alongside technology vendors/third party partners to deliver against our martech roadmap
  • Stay up to date on the current and future landscape of marketing technologies and best practice to ensure KPMG are at the cutting edge of marketing
  • Act as an ambassador of our marketing technology capabilities to sales, marketing, and business stakeholders
