A bit about the job:

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Partner, Commercial Lines within Aviva.

The IT Business Partner is the senior Technology partner aligning directly to the UK General Insurance (GI) Commercial Lines Business and is accountable for the end-to-end technology solutions supporting the business.

In this role you will be tasked with developing and maintaining the Commercial Lines IT Roadmap, which is aligned to both the Commercial Lines and IT strategies and is integrated with the overall UK GI portfolio.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Good knowledge of Commercial Lines business, markets and products e.g. Global Corporate Specialty (GCS) including the operation of the London Market, Mid Market, Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and Digital (Micro Commercial Direct, Etrade and Extranet, DUA International & SME Platform.
  • Experience supporting in the management of critical vendors (e.g. GuideWire, Acturis etc.)
  • Significant knowledge of Change Delivery processes and supporting technologies
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building, as well as the ability to collaborate and deliver through other teams

What you'll get for this role:
  • Salary from £110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
