A higher education provider in the Central Liverpool area is getting ready for a busy summer to assist with their new academic year! You will be office based for the duration and join a fun and thriving team!

Your new role
Slotting into a busy team that ultimately support with student queries and university experiences, you will be responding to a high volume of online queries via email queries and live chat functions. You will be doing so in a professional and courteous manner, in line with the university guidelines. This will be an office based role and is available until 7th October

What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit recent grads that are seeking opportunities over the summer months and into the early autumn! Alternatively, you will have admin experience and be computer literate with a high standard of written English. You will be available immediately to support on a full time basis and inclusive with no holidays planned.

What you'll get in return

You will have full time hours (35) Monday - Friday within normal office hours and no weekends required for 8 weeks. You will have an hourly rate of £10ph which gets topped up with holiday pay.
