Job Description
Change Governance Manager required for a financial services company. The role will work in collaboration with the wider Change Management Team and will be focused on enhancing the Change Management governance framework to work in a more streamlined and agile manner across the entire company portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain change governance processes and documentation
  • Design and deliver governance maturity programme & roadmap
  • Support the Roadmap Area PMO in identifying and analysing problem areas to enable change governance remediation plans to be put in place to assist delivery of the portfolio
  • Train and coach team members to operate within the frameworks and continually improving ways of working
  • Provide MI to the appropriate governance bodies, develop Key Indicators, implement and manage reporting standards, standardise change documentation as required and collate evidence of compliance to the appropriate change frameworks.
  • Lead the Senior Management Team provide assurance so that the necessary controls have been applied throughout the change lifecycle for all workstreams within the Portfolio via metrics to be developed in the Change Governance Team
  • Provide training and education on the change management framework and its processes to the wider change community
Skills required
  • Previous experience in the a Change PMO environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a governance framework in an agile delivery model (preferably at a Financial Services company)
  • Strong Change Governance model experience
  • Effective communication style and approach with stakeholders at all levels
  • As an ideal candidate will have proven track record in a similar role.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in working in financial services or a heavily regulated industry. You will also have a proven track record of successful delivery in a similar role.
