A career here means endless opportunity and continuous growth capacities. Now, the firm is in need of a Testing Assurance Manager for a key role within their Security Team.
You will be leading the team which manages the annual security testing programme across the entire financial services and banking group: managing the team of 5-6 people directly, scoping the tests, organising/facilitating the testing, and managing risks by keeping vulnerabilities within the risk tolerance levels and ensuring that remediation is addressed with action plans and reports.
This role will suit a Penetration Tester who is keen to move into more of a management position, a security consultant or a technical project manager who understands offensive security.
You will be practiced in liaising with stakeholders, with a proven record of staff management and knowledge of offensive security/Penetration Testing.
This is a hybrid position, with 2 days in the office (Manchester) and 3 days working from home.
