We are looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our international people partnering team. This role will be the point of contact for the region, specifically for Poland, providing day to day operational HR support to employees and managers, and facilitating the success of the people strategy in region.

What you'll be doing
  • Working with colleagues in the international people partnering team, you will plan and implement the people strategy within the region, mostly within Poland;
  • You'll manage and resolve generalist type queries (e.g. policy advice, sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance) drawing on existing guidelines and HR practices, and the wider support of the team as necessary;
  • You'll manage employee relations cases in the region, mostly Poland, to ensure matters are handled appropriately;
  • You'll provide operational advice on a range of employment and performance issues and business change;
  • You'll draw on the full HR ecosystem (e.g. reward, performance, employee experience) in responding to the needs of the region;
  • You'll use data to analyse and understand trends in the region in support of the people strategy, and initiate people activities with appropriate stakeholder management;
  • You'll provide coaching support to line managers to focus on their impact as leaders within the region;
  • You'll identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, and business effectiveness.


What we're looking for
  • It's essential that you have knowledge of the Polish labour code.
  • You are able to work with independence, as you will be the HR representative for the region;
  • You have a degree in HR / business-related discipline;
  • You are highly organised and able to prioritise your workload;
  • You will be great at problem solving by drawing on your skills and experience;
  • You are good at analysing and interpreting data, and able to craft narrative from this;
  • You have a good understanding of HR systems, theories and practices relating to the effective implementation of the people strategy;
  • You are able to build strong relationships with the local team, and with the international team and have the ability to influence decisions;
  • You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to business priorities, and be confident to escalate matters as appropriate.
