Are you currently a Head of Data Architecture and seeking a new opportunity?
We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Head of Data Architecture to be a part of our Group Architecture team! You will need to come from a background that covers a wide-ranging spectrum of the technologies within data, not be afraid to role your sleeves up and dive into some technical work with the team and work at the most senior levels within the Group.
A bit about the job:
As a member of our architecture leadership team, you will be leading a team to build up our data architecture capability and drive the strategy and its implementation, along with growing and developing the function. You will act as an advocate for data, engaging with stakeholders across the business to drive participation and support for our strategic objectives.

- Industry knowledge desirable, but not essential
- Have strong leadership and management skills
- Be a strategic thinker who can turn those strategies into executable plans
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong people leader who knows how to bring the team on the journey
What you'll get for this role:
- Salary between £120,000 - £150,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
- Eligibility for annual performance bonus of between 0% - 50%
- Long Term Incentive Plan (Restricted Stock Units) for high performers, between 10% and 30% of salary
