I've been engaged on a project to recruit a Systems Administrator Team Lead for one of the most well-established facilities maintenance companies based in Glasgow. You will be assisting in the next developments in modernising how the IT department operates with their utilisation of cloud technologies.

This company operates in many different countries and the growth they have had in recent years is a trend that is set to continue.

This position is open to a strong 3rd Line Sys Admin who has had experience managing and developing teams in previous positions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be confident in combining your advanced tech skills with an ability to manage, motivate, and develop a growing team.

As the Systems Admin Team Lead you will have solid experience with Hyper-V and Hyper Conversions, working in a large virtual environment. As well as this, with the company migrating to Azure, an architectural level of Azure would be extremely beneficial.

From day 1 you will be supporting a team of 4 Systems Admins at 3rd Line Level through a service desk framework, help plan on-prem services migration to Azure Cloud, and much more.
