We are working with a leading NI based company on their search for an IT Support Officer to join their network and security support team.

Your new role
As an IT support officer, you will assist in the IT operations support cyber programme, some duties of this role include:

• Windows and Office Patching
• Application updating and patching
• SSCM to ensure secure desktop environment
• Resolve service desk incidents and requests

What you'll need to succeed

• An IT related university degree or relevant professional qualification and at least 2 years in an IT Technical role

OR

• Have worked for at least 3 years in an IT related technical role
