Title: IAM Manager
 
Location: UK
 
Salary: £65k-£80k (dependent on experience)
 
This position will be within the Financial Services Cyber Team, providing independent, concise advice and advanced technology solutions to manage technology risks and to maximize the potential of IT assets. This position is hybrid and based in the UK, but requires a willingness and de­sire to travel, both domestically and internationally on occasion.
 
 
 Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  • Developing the strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans for IAM. 
  • Creating IAM solution blueprints and producing high-level designs covering technology, remediation, cloud migration and transformation, and process design.
 
  • Analysing and defining sector-specific risk-based controls for IAM.
  • Analyse complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user access management and presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders.
 
  • Analysing, designing and implementing controls for privileged account and service account password management, request/approval workflows, break-glass processes and monitoring.
  • Share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of Cyber, IAM, PAM, CIAM and Cloud deployment/migration.
 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the area of Cyber Security, focusing in particular on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and cloud-based IAM technologies
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS across main cloud service providers.
  • Recognised cyber security qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, M.Inst ISP, etc.), or comparable experience.
  • Consultancy and leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
